YOU MAY HAVE A CLAIM
Claims Against Lenders
You may have a claim against your lender that you might be unaware of.
Unscrupulous behaviour by banks and other firms cost consumers at least £450 million a year. It has become increasingly common for banks and brokers to operate in bad faith, adding hidden fees (also known as secret commissions) to your mortgage and increasing your repayment with no transparency and no notice.
This is completely illegal, but banks can get away with it because most people don’t ever find out.
However, you are protected by your rights under the Consumer Credit Act and other legislation so that, if your bank has done this, you are able to claim back your money and possibly much more, even up to writing off your debt entirely.

DEBT WITH HMRC
Dispute The Debt
HMRC bankruptcies can, and often will result in order of eviction or repossession of your home. However, even if you are at the last point of order, it is still possible to suspend this eviction or repossession order through a dispute of the initial debt.
When indebting someone, HMRC must meet many obligations and burdens, (varying depending on the reasons of the debt) including but not limited to:
a) Providing a notice of assessment taking place
b) When assessing figures, they must reasonably make an effort to request for alternative documents
c) Issuing a written warning two years in advance of any penalties
d) When applying interest to the debt, they must undertake another assessment.
There are many more requirements, however, if you believe that HMRC may have handled your debt incorrectly, you may be able to dispute the debt, and suspend any court orders if you are in fear of being evicted or having your home repossessed.
Likewise, this will allow you an appeal to dispute your entire debt, which may be reduced or written away all together.
If you have any debt with HMRC and are afraid of losing and being evicted from your home, get in touch with experienced Consultant Solicitor Sashi Pararajasingam as soon as possible so she may assess your debt. She is reachable at sashi@rfclaw.co.uk or at +447868942191.
